Cache outcomes
What the replay cache did with each recorded step.
What each agent step's replay came to; runs print a cache: summary line, and danwo cache ls|stats|clear manages recordings.

relocated | outcome | the recording replayed, with an element found somewhere other than recorded |
handed-off | outcome | the replay started, stopped matching, and the model took the step over |
missed | outcome | there was no recording, so the model ran (or, under strict replay, the step failed) |
stale | outcome | a recording of this step exists under another key (see changed), so it was not used |
diverged | outcome | under strict replay the recording no longer replays |
off | outcome | the session has no cache |
